OK today I was talkin to this girl and I almost had her number and all of that

1.When she 1st saw me I was smiling
2.We were talking about some lady who was stealing clothes and got arrested(Just for convo)
3. I negged her
4. She gave me 2 IOI

I just choked after that and I didn't know what to do next so it just ended with a goodbye UGHHHHHHH What should I have done next? Because she was very interested.

Can you expand on the situation? Where were you? What time of day? What were the IOIs?
