I watched Gambler's stealth attraction and I really like the tongue and cheek asshole attitude, but I want more demonstrations of it.

It's basically PLAYING the player guy, but in such an overtly way that it's funny. It works for the same reason's why cocky&funny works.

I say playing, because you don't want this to come of as genuine. If it does you'll just sound like a jerk.

I like the idea, I just haven't tried a lot of it yet. Just remember, if it gets a smile/laugh, you're doing it right. And when you get a weird face, or face of disgust, you said something wrong.


I use something like that, for example when someone is talking about some girl I don't know I always go like: "Oh cool, is she single? On a scale of 1 to 10 how hot is she?"
One time she went: "Well... she's actually 13."
me: "Oh wow, she's a 13 on a scale of 1 to 10, then I REALLY have to meet her!"
When in fact she was talking about her age.


Some great examples from the DVD that I like are:
Basically the mindset you should be in is that you're just looking for that easy lay, and you're only interested in 1 thing: sex.

Just make sure they know you're joking, this is done by adding humour to it. Remember you want to be an "irresistable arsehole", not an arsehole.

And like cocky&funny it's a spice to the ingredient. Use it sparringly and not too much.

Good tip, it is like using cocky/funny method and your right to say that I shouldn't use it too much. I guess practice will only help me figure out where to draw the line.

I really want more examples like the one you created. I have seen all of Gambler's. If you have any more, then I would love to see them.

Yeah I knew she meant 13 as in age. We had a good laugh about it If she meant on a scale of 1 to 10, she would've said it differently... the joke is that I misinterpret it, but I'm doing it in a way that could be true... it's very hard to explain through text. You are right, the key is practice. Just play with your facial expressions too and see what gets the biggest reaction (e.g. a smile/laugh).

Say it with like a smirk or sly smile... and then try it with a straight face... I know David DeAngelo says you have to use cocky&funny with a straight face, but that just doesn't work for me. I always do it with a slight smirk.
Very true, I used to make a big mistake of overdoing it... you'll notice quite quickly when you are, because people will get bored of you. Or won't take anything you say seriously anymore.

And as for more examples, I can't really think of any as of this moment, but when I do, I'll be sure to post here.

After talking with you, I am realizing that I have come full circle. I have always been that kind of guy and have done this stuff naturally. I had game before I got involved with this stuff, but I was lacking a lot of the other skills that build attraction.

So I changed my whole style to get better with women, but not realizing that I already had the tools to attract the ladies... It all works out in the end, but man I wish I had found the natural game material when I started this stuff!

I think we have pretty similar styles too. I usually say stuff with a smirk on my face as well, but I have done it with a serious face and it can be even funnier. However, I eventually I give in and crack a smile.

one of my favourite moves is to go for a hi5, dodge it and then imitate the mouth opened with shock reaction that the girl will give off and properly in her face about it. she will most likely hit you playfully ( I say playfully but I've got a scar from a girl I kiss closed grabbed my arm and by doing that accidentally sunk her nails in my arm. One almost winded me today as well!!!).
from the playfull hit I will then brush off the spot she touched like shes dirty and obviously she can't stop. well I'll do that or ruffle their hair in a patronizing manner then hug them, works pretty smoothly.

haha, I used to do that too, but calibration is key, when you stop seeing the smiles and laughs and start getting the "wtf is up with this guy"-face, stop it and be genuine for a second in the midst of all the crazyness.

Just thought of a good response for the, "Are you a player/ you are a player" line.

Something like this:

"You seem like a player."

"Yeah, you're right, but I have reached my limit for women that I can deal with at the moment, but I'll tell you what, I'll put you on my backup list when more space becomes available." Add in a sly smirk and she will be loving it.

Yeah, that's good. If you find it funny, then use it. It's supposed to be funny. Though tailor the response to what the interaction needs... if you've been cocky&funny for too long and you say that you'll come off as arrogant, or she'll think you have something to hide.

There are multiple ways to respond to that, you can use tongue and cheek romanticism: "No, of course not baby, you know I've been saving myself for you "
Or irresistible asshole: "Yeah of course... :S"
Or you can play it up: "Yeah, I got a girlfriend for each day of the week... except Wednesday.... What are you doing Wednesday?"

You could say these responses first and then go: "No, but honestly... I am dating a few girls. I am a guy that can be monogamous, and I like having girlfriends. Whenever I meet a girl that I like, I don't cheat on her, I threat her really well. But in the meantime I'll be honest, I'll say if I'm dating other girls or not. Everyone always knows the whole situation."
