Ive recently just came out of a 4.5 year relationship, were it basically fell apart and we grew apart from each other.

To be brutally honest with myself....

Whilst in the relationship, my Mojo was packed away in the garage and gathered dust. Since being single again I feel fairly unconfident in approaching women for some reason...

maybe this is because the relationship was unforfilling and sapped me of all my confidence. How many of you are putting all of this into practice and how many of you is it working for?

Im dubious but fairly optomistic about the future on terms of my sex life....as every man wants....I want it to be full of fun and constant opportunities with the female species!

Being with the same woman for years and being fairly unhappy was a waste of time in my opinion, well not at first but looking back at it, i didnt have the gaul to end it as I thought it was what i wanted...now i realise it wasnt.

Hopefully i can learn as much as I can from here....the attitude is there, its putting it into practice which is the hurdle!
