Location: Country Bar

Alright so for the 2nd week in a row I went with my main wing Luke to this country bar near where we live. This time we also brought along another friend, Scott. My friend Luke is in the community as well, but Scott is unaware of it. Anyways, heres my FR. I encountered a really tough situation that Id appreciate feedback for please...

We arrived at the bar at 1030. We had already had a few pops as pre drink so we were feeling good entering the bar. After grabbing a beer each at the bar, we head outside to the patio because my friend Scott needed to have a smoke. I don't smoke but we joined him to a) keep him company and b) the patio is a great place to open up sets. So not more than a minute of standing outside I immeaditely open my first set. Its a 2 set of an HB6.5 Brunette and an HB7 Blonde. I notice their comparing sun burns from being outside all day, so I open them with a situational opener and away we go, first set opened. For the next 15 minutes I basically ran the set by myself while my 2 buddies just stood there. I've been working on trying to talk less in sets, and let the girls contribute more which I did in this set. However, my buddies didn't contribute much substance to the set other than side comments and laughing at my C+F material. I need to collaborate more with Luke on working off each other. If I was going to isolate my target, the HB7 Blonde I would've needed Luke or even Scott to take the obstacle for me. But right now Luke is in rebuilding mode as far as his game is concerned. Eventually, the girls ejected but that was probably because I wasn't escalating with either girl.

Anyways, after the initial 2 set Scott decides to get another beer so we head to the bar. At the bar while hes ordering a beer, I notice an HB7 with a tattoo on her shoulder so I open her about the tattoo and follow it up with the Tattoos routine which has became a staple in my game. She immeaditely asks for my name, and is giving my other IOIs via her body language. However, thats when her friend grabbed her to the D-floor. It was all good though because we head out onto the dance floor because thats what Scott kept suggesting. Usually, Im not a D-floor guy and neither is Luke, but we just said fuck it. Might as well haha. So we head out to the dance floor and we immeaditely start dancing with the HB7Tattoo's group.

Immeaditely I get IOIs from her and her 2 friends which is great because her one friend is an HB8 Blonde. So I start dancing with her, and we hit it off on the dance floor. We were dancing for a few songs. Talking abit throughout. All the while the kino is mutually escalating. Its clear shes interested in me. Especially when the Carrie Underwood song "Before He Cheats" is playing. Were both singing the lyrics (me only the chorus though lol) and shes acting as if I cheated on her (playfully though). So during this Im just going very C+F. And teasing her with my body language. I roll off at one point by completely turning my back to her and heading away and expectedly she grabs my arm to pull me back. Thats when I knew I had her. Or so I thought. So we continue dancing and during the next song, the kino is really getting escalated. And were making solid eye contact. Our faces are close, so I just give her the eye to mouth gaze and go in for the K-Close. She fucking moves her head out of the way. I was sorta half surprised. But I played it cool, and just kept dancing. A few minutes later though I get AMOG'ed. Some random guy out of nowhere pulls this HB8 away. Again I was a little taken a back by the development but I played it cool. I just continued dancing with her friends and just thought over my next move.

Nothing really came to me though besides trying to AMOG back. I didnt try and pull her back at first because I thought that would come off as me being desperate and chasing her so I played it cool. Looking back I probably should've just went up to her and said, "yeah dance with that guy. You guys would make a great couple etc". But I didnt, so I was stuck in the predicament I was in. So after letting her dance with this other guy for about 15 mins I said fuck it and went in there, grabbed her by the hand and pulled her away. And as I did so I went completely direct with her and said "Look you can dance with that guy all you want, but you and I both know that I am so much better than him. He is a dud. You dont want to be with him. You and I both know that." (Looking back my choice of words probably wasnt the best) Anyways, we start dancing again but the AMOG comes back and grabs her from me again. But this time I dont let go haha, so were standing there and she has no clue who to choose so she just walks away from both of us. Me and the AMOG just look at each other and I say "nothing personal man" and he says "ya I know". So it was cool that he didnt want to go me.

Anyways, after she walks away I just go join my two friends again who were outside at this point and I tell them what happened. So after Scott finishes another smoke were back on the dance floor, this time I start dancing with an HB6 Blonde because Scott was dancing with her friend. So were dancing and shes giving me IOIs but Im not really interested at all. However, I notice that the HB8 Blonde and her friends are suddenly dancing within proximity of me and this HB6. Thats when the HB8 Blonde starts eyeing me and is basically giving me an opening to come back and dance with her again. Stupid me though. Im confused and Im trying to figure out if its some sort of shit test or not. So for some reason that Im still kicking myself for, I didnt go over to her even though she was clearly giving me a re-approach invitation. Instead I continue to dance with the HB6 which was stupid because I wasnt even interested in her. The HB6 asks for my number after a few more minutes, but I just take hers to be polite and eject. (If I really wanted to get the K-Close I could've easily. But Ive gotten to the point with my game that I dont need every single K-Close for self validation which I feel is a major step forward in my game)... All the meanwhile the AMOG is dancing with her again and its pretty much too late for me.

At this point Im mentally worn out. I could've just started approaching other girls but I was hung up on this HB8. I dont know what it was, but when I was dancing with her I just remember looking her up and down at one point and just thinking to myself "theres something about this girl". You might say I developed "one-itis" as far as the nights concerned haha. Half of me wanted to go home, but the other half of me still wanted to get this girl. So after leaving the D-floor for abit I head back out there when I notice the HB8 Blonde is dancing with a completely different dude. So Im thinking, ok this girl is just a floozie. But Im dancing with her HB7Tattoo friend again, and the HB8 Blonde knows I dont really care about her friend. So she comes up to me and says "Dont worry. This guy right here is like a brother to me. Were just friends" And I just respond with ok thats cool. But now Im even more confused lol. So I just give up for the night. It was late, I had already had a long day, and I was just too tired to keep pursuing. So my friends and I just head home.

So that was the night. I apologize for the long FR but I really needed to get all the details out in order to get some good feedback for the situation. I thought I did some good things, but I alsot thought I could've been better. I hope you guys will give me some good feedback on this. I really would like to learn something from this situation.

Also, the HB7Tattoo girl put my hands on her tits while we were dancing at one point. I just thought that was cool.

Okay man for what it's worth I'll shoot out some ideas. My specialty is street pick-up, not club or bar pick-up, so keep that in mind.

From what I judge, you were working on her too hard. What I would have liked to have seen is more of you coming and GOING, coming and GOING. But it seemed like up until the AMOG took her away you had been sticking on her the whole time.

You could have started a thread on her, for example, "Can you guess if I'm gay or not?" Then she would have been chewing on this in her mind the whole night. And every time you reapproached her you could say something like, "So, have you figured me out yet?" (smile).

As well, you could have also given her a prop such as a your hat, your sunglasses or whatever, in effect MARKING YOUR TERRITORY. This would also give you or her a reason to reapproach again and if the AMOG had seen this it may have kept him at bay.

It sounds like when the girls made the comment, "He is like a brother to me", that means you never built attraction in the first place. At some point before you had danced you would have had to have built attraction (a whole post in itself) and introduced a jealousy plot line. This would have helped cancel the AMOG out.

As for the dealing with the AMOG in the situation you were already in, I'm still thinking about that one. Will get back to you later if I have any ideas. It's a very intriguing situation.

Thanks man for the feedback. I really appreciate it. I actually did roll off a few times while I was gaming the HB8, and danced with other girls. Mostly her friends though. I also rolled off to go to the bathroom once. I just didn't include that in the FR. Probably should've. Anyways, lock in props are a great idea that I've never really tried in my 2 1/2 years of gaming. I've used my hat on a couple occasions, but nothing more than that. Its something I will have to look into...

Also as far as the "can you guess if im gay or not" game goes. Thats another thing that I could see working. Any game for that matter. My sticking point as far as dance game goes is taking the girl and isolating her off the dance floor. Its something I dont know how to do properly. Is directly suggesting the move off the dance floor the only way to go about it?

Despite the "brother line" I still feel I built attraction. Although that "brother line" is still confusing me lol. But Ive had enough practice to know when a girl is attracted or not. Im open to the idea that maybe she wasnt attracted. But just from what I experienced I feel she was. But I did clearly screw up somewhere otherwise I wouldn't be wondering what the hell happened lol.

And yes basically trying to figure out if I handled the AMOG properly is my biggest question. Sure Im disappointed I didnt get the girl, but to me the more important part right now is the process. I want to know that Im on the right track.

Anyone else have thoughts on how to handle the AMOG better? Or general thoughts on things I need to improve on?
