Onoma, don't worry man, you have made progress from what your saying, sometimes progress can be a slow process. Slowly but surely, keep your head up.

Typical story for me… Have had decent success with women and dating but always felt like they picked me or I “got lucky”. I was in a relationship with a 23 year old hottie, I was older(28) so this was probably not the best match. She cheated on me with her ex and the way I found out caused a lot of drama. I was AFC and took her back. Guess what, she cheated again. I ended it for good but was confused why the hell I still had feelings for her and missed her after all the shit she put me through. So my goal has been mainly inner game and to become the guy that is naturally attractive to women. So far I am really happy with my progress and have seen some awesome changes but still got a ways to go.

I know that sometimes... just that in the last two days I lost a girl I was starting to like, and my fuckbuddy I'd counted on to comfort me in these situations is backing off and wasn't there for me. Feeling a bit down now...

Best way to get over one-itis, is to go meet new women, gives you something to do, something to think of when your bored etc.
