Hott girl in my class, I got her #, but ONLY to text her the answer on the test, coincidently she couldn't even look at her phone because she st right in front of the teacher. She texted me afterwards....

HER: Girl I couldn't even look at my phone!!
ME: GIRL?! Im a boy!
HER: I mean't boy lol.
ME: So what your name?
HER: (She tells me.....)
ME: Oh that fly I all this time I never knew your name.
HER: lol

School is over now, my first time even talking to her all semester ( i dont know why)
so were now from here?

shes attracted to you she used the cheating thing as an excuse to talk to you IMO she could have got any guy in the class to help her cheat she wasn't interested all that much in cheating

were from here ? you have the number set up the day 2 if she flakes just build investment and compliance with her through text and phone game

I have approached girls with this question, all say they prefer texts.....

Texts are fine, but they have their drawbacks: 1.) it's easy to have your tone and/or your meaning misinterpreted in texts, and 2.) it's much more difficult to build rapport in a text than it is in a phone call. Either way, though, try to move quickly to a date. Think up something fun to do, and meet her face-to-face.

both IMO call and text her you want to get her on that day 2 quickly and not spend too much time on the phone
