Right so I'm just getting into this, and I can use any help I can get.

I'm trying to figure out where to start practicing.

People say nightclubs, but I don't quite see the appeal of clubs. I've been to nightclubs about 20 times as an AFC, and never got a single phone number, and only got a girl to dance with me 2-3 times. Also, every club I go to the music is so loud that the girl has to scream her name about 3-4 times in my ear before I can hear what the hell she said, so how can I hold a conversation in there?

I tried talking to girls in a shopping mall (basically, I stood at the place where they sell ladies's handbags/purses and asked girls to help me pick something out for my mother), but that didn't work either.

I've heard about libraries, but I have no idea how that would work.

Can someone please suggest a good location for a total noob?

Sure, I know that a good PUA can do his magic anywhere, but since I'm just starting I'd rather start out with somewhere that gives me a bit of an advantage!
