OK, today I'm looking for tips on energy levels. If you watch afcadam on videos you see that he is very energetic and lively. I want to have this kind of energy but I really don't. I'm typically a mellow person. Honestly, alot of the time I feel as though I'm about to fall asleep. I'm way too calm. I can see now how this would bore some women at first and at the same time I see how, in other situations, it can be used to put them at ease.

But...when I first meet someone I want to come across as more energetic, vibrant, aware and alive. In short, I want to be more fun and charismatic, but I'm naturally a low-key, somber, mellow dude. I've never been easily excited but I'd like to be.

Any tips?

get yourself psyched up before going out man. find something that gets your blood and adrenaline pumping. ive recommended before going out and just howling at the moon or some random thing. i find that outlandish actions get me a riled up, and i have great energy and a big smile on my face. like the other day i was feeling way too low key, so i wrapped my shirt around my face and proceeded to commit all sorts of shenanigans, shot my energy levels skyward.

Yeah good point Braden, doing silly things like that would definitely provide some excitement which I can then take with me to other areas, specifically where women are. I like it.
