I have heard girls will look at you as a sucker if you do, but I feel they would look at you as a wuss and think that you couldn't man up and pay.
This is one of the most confusing things for me.

First date, be a cheap ass, don't go to any fancy places. I spend no more than 20$ on the first date. Pay for her, unless she physically refuses. 2nd date, she can pay, or go dutch.
2nd question: Doesn't matter what night you go out or where. Bring your buddies along, that way you don't need to chose between going to pickup chicks and friends. plus you need wingmen and a posse.
