i like the insight... ive had a pretty rough start. moved out and lived like a gypsy since 17... in debt etc yadda yadda yadda ive found the meditation is very helpful right nopw especially.. i have so much negative stuff onn my mind such as blowin the motor in my car now i have to ride public transportation to work in the ghetto ( i live in dayton ohio so public transit is a little different round my parts haha) and it really blows. i love to just shut everything out on the bus tho ( i have to set a timer cause i get really free minded haha) and meditate. thanks for the info through the book man! lookin into going somewhere to get a little more in depth with the zen aspect..., im gettin pretty solid with my game so the zazen really intrigued me, but gotta get dsome g's together first haha
