I've been studying socionics for a couple years and find it very interesting, basically its the study of reading a book by its cover... AKA determining someones personality (on a general level) based off of their appearance.

it's cold reading as much as psychology is cold reading, yes.

Socionics is the study of how our facial features and structures translate into personality traits. It's actually surprisingly accurate, and started with a study of pictures from groups of people who had tested as certain types on the meyers briggs. It was noticed that people who tested silimilarly on the meyers brings often had commonalities in their facial features. After this was studied in much more depth, we result with Socionics.

I think that experiment is pretty stupid.. maybe because I dont find baby faces attractive
