| Two nights ago, I had a girl over my place and I took her upstairs where we could talk for a bit. We werent doing anything at that point when my cousin comes home and comes upstairs with us for a while. Now, my cousin is a natural at pickign up women and I think he actually does it unconsciously and he's given me alot of advice in the past. But anyway, so its Me, him, and her and with his outgoing experienced ways, he basically steals the show. I felt like shit that I cant even be safe from this in my own home but he's a few years older and naturally better.
So anyway, she leaves and I kiss her good night to bring her back to reality with me, walk her to her car and everythings fine....or so I thought. The next night, the same girl calls up and asks, BEFORE EVEN ASKING ME, "Does your cousin drive?" She wanted us to come to her house and drink with her.
Now im not very experienced, im 19, and my cousin is 25. Given what happened during that night and the invite I got earlier today, I honestly do feel that my cousin swept this girl from me without even trying. It's hard not to feel bitter about it, and im ready to just tell this girl to fuck off and try again with another girl but I feel like total shit. I couldnt really take her to a different place in the house because my parents were downstairs and it was her first time coming over.
So im just asking, what should I do in this situation? It's hard for me not to feel really shitty about this whole thing. I've been practicing alot and got this girl to come over and if he didnt come upstairs with us it could have led to more. But, I just feel betrayed by them both. If anyone can give me any advice I'd appreciate this.
And I know a favorite response to alot of these posts is, "Go find another girl!" I've just heard it so many times, if anyone can add anything different I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
