I'd recommend starting in the approaches area,
A lot of these can also be used as random conversation topics.
I would recommend writing down and rehearsing a set routine, go over it in your head with different responses, dont be rigid with it though. If she starts talking about how she likes to get in the shower with a white t-shirt on, i'd be sticking with that topic, but you know it is just a good basis for a 'routine' so to speak.
