i worked with this girl for 4 months and we flirted a lot - we no longer work together regularly. To cut a long story short I fucked it up and didn't escalate and when i asked her out eventually she said that she was sort of seeing someone - which I know is true.

I then worked with her for another month after this and she still flirted, I escalated the kino and she did as well. One morning she saw me in my casual clothes first thing in a morning going into the changing room. I looked up and she was just staring at me transfixed about to go into the girls changing room - like she was 'seriously digging me'. I've also said some emotional DHV statements and she's literally stared at me like she wants to fuck me on the spot.

When we finished working I text her a few times and she did text me back, but she didn't really make much effort to make conversation. I asked her out for a drink after work one night and she text me back after the event saying, sorry she couldn't make it as she had been busy but to let her know about any work drinks in the future (when I'd blatantly asked her out).

I was out in a bar two weeks ago talking to a girl having a good time. I saw the girl I mention above, I didn't let her know I'd seen her (as I was talking to this other girl), the girl in question then gets up on a bench right in my eye line and starts dancing around (no-one else is on a bench in the bar), and starts putting her arms around her male friends, etc. I'm sure this is a play for me.

I then worked with her for one morning the other day and she was flirting again and rubbing her tits on my arm.

I saw her again the weekend in the bar, and I was talking to a HB9 - a friend, having a great time. This girl kept looking over (again I didn't let her know I'd seen her - thought I'd ignore her a bit).

She is still seeing this other guy. I'm man enough to say that I've fucked up here and I'm happy to move on. However, this girl gives me all the signs that she's really into me.

What do you think is going on here? and what should I do?

I'm thinking that the next time I see her out, I'm thinking of just going over and gaming her to pieces.

Who care what's going on. The only thing that is going on is the mental chatter in your head. You are playing games with yourself. Just go up and ask her what the deal is. Is she into you or not. Don't be afraid.
