What should I say after she announce that she ALREADY heard the routine I just did to her.
Examples:
Her: "Oh, some guy already did this BEST-FRIEND-TEST to me last week, is it from a specific source(or: are you from some Seduction community)"

Her (after doing the five question game): "No, I really DID play this game last month, with another guy, which means I BEAT YOU. Where this game from, anyway?"

What should I say? How to response?

(anything along those lines is something i would say, but this has never happened to me.)

In my humble opinion, after saying that they (or her) just go away. They won't want to be hitted by guy who use canned material.

oh... it happened to me with some random opener a few months ago I just said something along the lines of
StreetLight: "...really you heard it... good stuff eh..."
HB: "no it's not"
StreetLight: "what?!! it's a totaly good pick up line"
HB: "no! you should get better lines"
StreetLight: "off course it works, you see , I used it on you and now were having a conversation" (with a smile on my face)

I think it is because the game is mainstream now as even girls like to read it. Trying to do openers from the game always carries that risk. If you choose a less mainstream PUA and use openers from that your risk will get lower.

Or you can just go natural.

My approach is to steal openers from everyday life. I'll go to a doctors office when I have an appointment, and notice what questions he asks me to keep me talking. Or I even let telemarketers try and swoon me into a sale by talking me up about random sh*t. Or I'll listen to the player at the gym hollar @ women, and listen to what he says. The biggest thing is to model yourself after someone that is awesome at PUA. We all have that one friend that gets women, and says the trick is to "be yourself". Listen to what he spits at women. Butter him up, and he'll do it more often to show off in front of you.
