Wassup guys
I want your input on something. I first got into PUA a few years ago. The first year I read tons of stuff like Mystery, David D, went out did a lot of canned stuff and learned from experience. I was sort of on a high that I think many guys get when they first find this, unstoppable confidence, like a secret had been passed on to me.
That was great and it really helped me get A LOT better with women and more confident. I don't really use that stuff anymore, I never do any routines, openers or stuff like that anymore cause it feels fake (and is). Then again, I have to say, the canned routine material was effective, maybe more than now. But when I get a girl now, I know it's me and not Mystery or some other PUA guru extending his hand.
So, I've changed focus and where I am at now is more about grounding my identity, learning how to be genuinely successful, finding a purpose and passion in life and developing true masculine qualities in myself. I wouldn't be opposed to learning more 'technique', but it's not my main focus.
I'd be happy to take your reading/listening/viewing recommendations. I've read David Deida and would like something in that category, maybe a bit more practical and less philosphical.
Thanks!
