I go to really loud and crowded bars/clubs so it is a really fast paced environment and I am rarely able to go past the opener.

I open the girls, say my opener, they reply and smile/laugh, and then they move off or turn around. Since its very crowded, girls are approached every 10 seconds so they just move off and don't really consider the approach as something significant because some other dude will talk to them right away.

I really wanted to get into my midgame past the opener, how do I make the girls stay considering its really really loud and I probably won't be able to talk/shout for mroe than 8 seconds without a break.
any advice?

well, i would suggest trying places that are a little less crowded and noisy. the outside smoking sections of clubs are good places to talk to women, even if you don't smoke.
