Once again, Shaft has said what was on my mind.

This is all natural selection. I know Mystery is a Darwinist and would probably agree with what I'm saying (though I'm not putting words in his mouth).

For those who are interested, natural selection (in a nutshell) is a scientific theory that only those who are strong enough or have a beneficial trait will survive and pass on their genes, while the weak and those not able to adapt/change die off. Natural selection states that there are natural variations among species, and those most fit to survive in that species, will.

This theory applies directly to what may happen when the movie is released. You can deny it but you are going to see this happen all around you. New people will join the forum. Some of them will naturally have a knack at learning this, some will give up and leave due to different reasons. Existing members of the community will need to change to the situation as well. Those who are ready to change and develop new methods will see success in the field. Those who fail to change or naturally have no potential to, will fail. It is fact that if this movie comes out, you will start to see people from this very forum begin to drop out of the community. Change is inevitable. Deal with it.

This movie is just a giant filter. Very much like job interviews. If you pass the challenges and obstacles they throw at you, you get hired. If you don't have the required skills or criteria, you're not being chosen for the job. No questions asked.

Will you be wiped out of the community? It's your choice. No one is stopping you from hating on AFCs. No one is stopping you from wanting to create new exclusive forums. Because when it's clutch time, it will be you who determines your success. Everything you learned, your opinions and personal traits will either make you or break you.

the only thing i want to know is this are they going to make Tyler Durden out to be the bad guy. Like he's awesome in person totally nice.
Tyler's one of the best in the world ya know and in the book they totally make him look like the bad guy.
And are they going to have the celebrities that were in the game, like Tom cruise, Courtney Love, Paris Hilton and who could forget Brittney spears.

even if the film harms pua's in the slightest look wat you have made for yourselves already , you guys are awesome you can do whatever you want... there will always be newer ways to get on top of any situation and you all have the will power to do it as you have to do this... so does the film really matter

So don't worry about it.
On the topic of the movie, just don't worry about it, look there will be no natural selection(unless you believe the cure for laziness is natural selection), there will be no mobs of reporters around Mystery's house(even though it would be pretty cool), this is what Style thought when he wrote the new york times article, and the game but both times pickup was changed little and i highly doubt that was due to the book and the article(unless you count natural game as a change, I don't).
All that happens is we get a thousand plus guys a week joining in , most will quit a few will stay on and some might even make those bootcamp instructors rich people.
But after a year so(hopefully without a sequel, one is often enough) they will stop coming in and people will forget all about it and pretend it was just another movie they watched.
People have slef-images and beliefs that are so imbedded into their minds that they are not willing to accept any change to those beliefs or images, thats why most guys don't believe in pickup its because they can't
accept that its possible.
There are few women even that are willing to admit that pickup works and is a real thing (tickler I'm looking right at you, and thanks again).
The public in general will not accept the existence of pickup that works they will merely regard it as lines and tricks that don't work and the public will move on, Juggler and them might make TV or even CNN but that won't last.
The only time i ever doubted that we won't survive after the movie was when...:
Wing:The movie will destory us man we'll be over
Jax: no we won't, all the movie will do is tell people a few openers and routines like jealous girlfriend
Wing:I heard they're having the cube used in the movie as well
Jax:forget man game over we're done, we can't live like that, its all over man, let's go become chefs or something!

Just playing y'all i would never say that but a few of you might, just don't worry about it remember PICKUP ARTIST ARE THE EXCEPTION TO THE RULE!!So if everyone else panics you stay calm.

The thing is guys Tickler she wants us to be stronger so we'll be able to survive in the real world she wants us to be "indestructable".
