does anyone go out by themselves? what do you guys normally do if your by yourself? i dont wanna look like a loner.

thinking about going out by myself. i only have two wingmen. one has a girlfriend and is always busy and my other wingman is always EMO and brings me down to his level.

Truth: Nobody gives a fuck who you're with in a club.

I'm actually going to go out alone in a few hours, it's a monday night and don't have class until the afternoon tomorrow

It's great in terms of sarging, you really get forced to open much more then when you have a safety net of friends to fall back on.

Get in a talkative mood, chat up the bouncer, the cover charge lady, the coat check girl. By the time you actually get into the club, it already seems that much easier.

Open right away, first set BAM make an entrance. Opener? whatever.." heyy just got here, [look around] noott bad for 10pm! I was here on st patties day and it was PACKED at like 8pm. what time did you get here? etc etc"

Very common question: Won't people ask "Are you here alone? where are your friends?" yes. it happens, but it doesn't matter as long as you aren't fazed by it

you can lie ( I prefer not to) "I was out with my younger cousins but they had to go home early --or-- "Get this, I was here with a buddy of mine from college, I turn my back FOR ONE SECOND, and BAM there he is, making out with chick. they left like 10 minutes ago. Only in L.A." "[sob]my friends ditched me :( I HAVE NO FRIENDS! will you be my new friends [face into boobs hug]

I prefer to just tell it how it is, "I'm new in town, I dont have class tomorrow morning, thought I might as hit the town instead of watching seinfeld re-runs, who knows maybe I'll make some new friends. You're my new best friends right!? high five/ hug. I don't think many people can go out alone and just meet new people, they need the safety net of their butt buddies behind them" they usually respect it, and it's a DHV if delivered properly.

Merging sets is great too

dancefloor game is great too, since everyone is alone in that wild part of the club anyway

it's amazing how sarging alone is not as scary as you might think before you do it, and you really don't have to lie, I assure you, you will find what to talk about

if its to a club or a bar build social proof right off the bat and build a bace set to fall back on between sets. thats what i do. im friends with the weekly people at my clubs and when my wing isnt there yet or i know if i go alone not to look stupid just standing there i know i can always find a set i already know or atleast make one.
