First of all, let's begin by saying that I am completely noob about women. I have lived my life in somewhere on this earth where there are very limited social interaction between opposite sexes. My personal circumestances has aggrevated the situation for me to the point where I think I cannot carry on anymore like this. I really feel the need to seriously deal with this part of my life.
I have been in a relationship though it didn't last for long and I walked out emotionaly hurt and my self-esteem degraded. As a result of that I completely put dating aside for a couple of years until now! I regret losing the great opportunities that have come my way and the gorgious girls I have ignored.
I first came to know this community by watching a documentary when I was in England. I was enlightened by the work these guys were doing to teach folks like me the secrets of attracting women. However, that wasn't enough motivation, as I was busy studying at university and had little time to do some serious work.
The real urge came when I turned away a female colleague of mine and she now sees a 'rival' colleague. I am so jealous now and the pain is eating me up inside. At least it's a constant reminder of how pathetic I am and I need to take action now.
I just think about how much my life would have been different, if I had had the confidence to deal with women effectively and stopped being a wa*ker.
So, I am here with a positive attitude to learn from you guys and have some serious in-field experiences.

Nice to meet you. This site can help you a lot. I'm also new to the PUA world. But generally you'll get everything you need from this place and for some simple start advice, get some friends to do this with you. It's better practicing this with someone else than by yourself. And don't use noob in your vocabulary, it'll make girls think you're a nerd. Yes some girls like nerds but every girl likes a confident structured guy.

Anyway, learn everything you can and have fun. Hope to read some of your field reports in the future.
