At this rate I'll be diagnosed with alzheimer's in 2 years.
I'm seeing a few girls: one since the new year, 3 for around a month, and one-night/few-night-stands get substituted every now and then.

I don't mix up the names or anything like that, more like mentioning something another girl did thinking it was her.
"... like the time you fell into a ditch while skiing" "..uh I don't ski"
"Did you get your car fixed?" "what? that must have been your other slut"

I guess generally mixing up the girls, minus the names
I also get called out for repeating stories and random shit.

When I'm just chilling with a girl, I go on auto-pilot and hardly register what I'm saying to her or what she's telling me.
I can easily recover from a slip, but I just look like a tool when it happens.

Anyone else suffer from multiple sclerosis (not really), and how do you prevent it?

Common problem

I started keeping a log of mine in a word document at work (lol).

It is password protected.

I work at a computer 24/7 so this works for me.

Hahaha I feel such a dick when that happens! I think the only answer is to gain even more stories!

When I was just begining to get good in picking numbers and dates I would keep notes on everygirl and my interation with her, (IOIs at what stories, learnings, conversation, things that excites her etc..) just to teach me things and reflect back before the date or even after 5 months.

One Night when I must have opened like 11-13 sets and picked 7-8 numbers I ended up opening a girl twice thinking she was someone else Those were younger days ....

It crossed my mind before, but I don't think that writing down physical notes would work for me, although it brings up an interesting idea:
back in the my rAFC days I would get home after a night of sarging and replay the night in my head; what routines I used, what I did right and wrong, and what reactions I got from whatever. This sped up the learning process A LOT.

I guess going back to that might help with the memory aspect
