Once you start to get regular lays, you may realise, as I did, two things (among many other things):

1) The lay is not the end (in terms of what you want - you may want to convert to fb/LTR/friend)
2) The lay is not the end (in terms of pickup - her coming back to you, and even recommending her friends will depend upon your performance)

The upshot? Your performance in bed is important. And your first few times, you ARE going to suck (excuse the pun).

There's an abdunance of great literature on this which you'll have to try out to get a real grasp of, but I want to talk about...

"Making noise" during sex; something a lot of guys feel uncomfortable about. Aight. Skip to the chase:

- You want her to be making noise; moaning/groaning/talking
- To help her do that, 'you go first'; try and let yourself verbalise your pleasure
- Talk to her. You want to bring her up to orgasm. I've spent a fair amount of time analysing home-made lesbian porn movies
and talking to lesbians, and what they do well is bring each other up to orgasm through talking.

If you are using techniques such as those in NLP, you may want to be more structured; but there's no real need.

Be aggressive.

So yeah. Make noise. Talk to her. Bring her to orgasm. Keep her coming back (if that's what you want). Girls find it hard
to find guys who provide good sex. Once they find one they won't be losing you in a hurry .

Lasting a long time also goes a long way. A lot of girls don't even come once during sex, so if you can make them come more than once they realise they're onto a winner!

I used to suffer from delayed ejaculation, once had sex for an hour and a half and didn't ejaculate - was always too pent up about pleasing her and nervous that she was enjoying it, but I realised I just had to let myself go in the end like this thread says.

I agree that the gaming can continue in the bedroom. Sex is the ultimate act of communication, so don't suddenly go silent. How you game a girl when your penis is inside her depends on the girl. If you've used PU well then girls are probably attracted to you because you're alpha and they want to see more alpha qualities in the sack. But not everyone is like this. Sometimes girls want to see the vulnerable side of you. Judge the situation and act accordingly.

As for coming, most girls cannot come with just vaginal intercourse. In fact, in all my years of dating girls (and being married to one) I have only had one girl come from vaginal intercourse. That said, I have never had trouble bringing ladies to orgasm multiple times with cunnilingus, usually multiple times in a single session, to the point where they're so sensitive that they tell me to stop because they feel like their head is going to blow off. My point is: Get good with the tongue.
