If ur an energetic guy,then forget about it and read "The Mystery Method" If you are extremely calm and need help to GET energetic at a club because you dont know how to...then i recommend it.

All really depends on if you have the will power to get it done. The 30 day challenge is great because it really focuses on learning in small chunks people go all crazy with the techniques trying to get em all down before trying em out. It's the perfect blend of inner and outer game.

The styles diaries that come along with is a wonderful addition. It gives you more of the what not to do. The stories are hilarious, and well worth the read. It realy opens your eyes to the dark side of the venusian paradise. =P

I read it all in one sitting. I'd suggest just googling some reviews, but in all honesty it's perfect if you're starting out.

Cool Thanks ! yeah ive been gaming for about 9 months now and was just wondering if he talks about any different nlp terms because i know style uses some nlp in some of his routines

If you want some NLP look up Ross Jeffries's Speed Sedution, and his Unstoppable confidence audio. Those 2 alone will also do wonders. What else have you been studyng?

Nlp is great, i apply it to every aspect of my life now. Check out Tony Robbins that's his forte amigo, no joke. Tony Robbins is the NLP king.
