This is a routine that I came up with when talking to a girl at a bar a few weeks ago. It worked and 3 hours later I was in her bed! I have since used many times with good results. So within 30 seconds or so from meeting a girl I say
"quick tell me two interesting things about you, go".
It does all the right things to set a proper frame for the interaction. She will almost always play along with you. She automatically begins to qualify herself to you. The great thing is that whatever she answers just gives you funny stuff to bust her chops and tease her. This sets the vibe really well and I can usually lead it in the direction I want from here. I guess this is sort of like the line that Mystery uses but its much easier and not as creepy.
