I need some help upgrading my perceived social value.

Background:
I look like a 6, but my inner game is 7.5~8 (depends). So I am able to get HB7 as girlfriends throughout these years. Well the problem is that I want to hook up with HB9. So I need a drastic change.

Style:
I believe that having a high social value in a given social circle can give you access to all the girls with lower social values in that given circle. In other words, the most effective way of pick up is to obtain the high social value. As a result, I usually work on establishing my character and principles instead of opener, DHV, closing etc.

Problem:
I see some HB9/10s in the more popular social circles (in America, it would be the equivalent of a great sorority), but I see no way that a 7 like me can get into a high-value social circle without at least looking like a 9/10. Any ideas that a 7 can get a 9/10?
