So, this chick blew me off about a month ago, because she wasn't sure about her feelings with an ex, it wasn't fair to me... etc etc

So I had no contact with her since then. She sent me a random text the other day saying 'Guess who I just met?', after some conversation she was like 'oh it was *insert musician*, I remember you told me you liked him so I thought you'd like to know'. Kind of odd, because really what am I supposed to say to that, but anyways. She was like 'I'm going to put the pic on FB, let me know what you think'. The night she texted me, I was going out with some friends so decided to invite her since I had nothing to lose and figured her texting me was a good sign. Turns out she was out of town, but she said we should hang out soon.

So, where do I go from here? I don't think anything has changed since last time, so I'm not planning on putting in too much effort, until I see more IoI's (I've got other girls on the go anyways). But, I was thinking of trying to send a clever text about the pic or something to get a convo started, any suggestions?

This could just be innocent banter. I'd comment on the picture with something witty, maybe a "Oh I thought he'd be taller!" or something a little backhanded or funny, but I wouldn't really push serious contact with her. You don't want to blow it by appearing to try to hard. Maybe text her back something about it, ask about how the concert went, and maintain more casual contact with her. Basically do all the typical game stuff without asking her out until she starts giving you good IOI's.
