What up guys. I spent an hour or so today behind enemy lines. Reading Cosmopolitan, doing some research! Guys, this magazine is impressive for gathering new material!!! Recommended!

Here is the best info I thought can be usable for us PUA's. This info can be used for conversation, interesting facts, or maybe, even some creative PUA's can tailor this for an Opener!

A Woman In Chicago Was Almost Killed By an Orgasm!
A 35 year old woman was doing the "do". At the peak of her orgasm, the left side of her body became paralyzed! Doctors latter discovered that a small blood clot was blocking normal blood flow in an area of her brain that controls the left side of her body. The combination of a rare side-effect of contraceptive pills that causes small blood clots, and the high blood pressure during sex caused the blood clot to flow from her leg, to her brain.

Interesting Sexual Conditions:
PGAD Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder - This is a condition were any slight bump or vibration can cause an orgasm. Some woman, in extreme cases, may even have 200 orgasms in a day!

Sexomnia a rare condition were people manifest loud moaning or try and aggressively have sex with there partners while they are asleep. (more predominant in males under 35 years old)

Priapism Permanent erection, or clitoral sensitivity. This is a condition were lots of blood flows to the genital area, but it does not flow out. Erections can last even 4 hours and cause damage.

Funny Topic of Conversation: Girls that say the dreaded "Let's Just Be Friends" really mean it. When a guys says "Let's Just Be Friends" he actually means, "We can still have sex, I'm just no longer paying for dinner."

There was also a list of things that girls dont know about guys. Here are the more interesting ones that can be used in conversation:

1. Girls think guys are not worried about their performance in the bedroom. This struck me as surprising, but interesting none the less.

2. Girls didn't know that we can have mediocre orgasms. Yep, apparently they think that our orgasms are great all the time.

3. Chicks think we don’t like foreplay. WTF?? I don't know about you guys but I love foreplay and sexual teasing!

4. They are not sure if we like it for them to grab our ass! Personally, I like when the girl grabs you are and pulls you in!!

5. Chicks don't grab the boys down south because they don’t know if we like it! Common, we have to go out there and teach girls that we like a little massage.
Of this info,
------------------
what do you find is the most useful for your game?
How would you use this?

my biggest problem with cosmo is that a lot of it is bullshit.

i remember reading cosmo at starbucks one time and i was reading an article about why guys find certian parts of girls attractive. and the author seemed that EVERY part of a womens body makes us think of vagina....and I was like....um...no, if a girl has nice hair (which was one of the examples) it doesn't make me think vagina but its still hot.

yeah.. i do hate to be sexist, but a lot of the information in those magazines are completely slanted towards a women's point of view

like your example

And what i wrote above, These magazines say things like "Secrets men don't want you to know" or "Things you didn't know about men" But really they were written by women, and. quite frankly, just wrong.

oh well, it all proves interesting for conversation, and you can always use this stuff as a silly neg!

I like this thread. Cosmo obviously knows what women finds interesting so why not read it. I have also read it and got scared by the brainlessness of the texts but that is no different from mens magazines.

I used to read Cosmo a LOT. But you do realise that it is written to be sold to women.

Every article is based around "Finding your true love" "Is he the one"
The funnies article i ever read was "Things that your guy secretly finds really attractive"
And it was stuff like
"when you get really mad"
"when you are on your period"
"when you are snoring"
"when you wake up in the mornings with no make up on"

Dont know about anyone else, but apart from when i want sex, waking up with a snoring woman with no make up on, is not the biggest turn on!

Read it for fun, but don't expect any epiphanies

He he, Hobbit, that is an interesting point from a lot of perspectives.

The FPUAs are like men reading Cosmo.

What we write is often as brainless as Cosmo.

Like Cosmo you can learn a lot by reading between the lines and not actually reading the text.

It says more about the people believeing it than it does about the subject itself.

Everybody, men and women alike love to read about relationships.

Relationships and mating is the number one driving force of humankind (except eating drinking and looking like we know what we are doing).

im actually going to start reading cosmo at the bookstore now.. i've thought about it and have only skimmed through one onetime

Also it's great to let a girl know (after u know her for more than a min) that you like to read cosmo cause you love learning anything psychology related.

However a lot of it is just pure BS to sell magazines, just like "JUST MEN" magazine or whatever. I dont read men's magazines. But good to see a female perspective on guys

This is true, what we as PUA's write are often as slanted as the BS thats written in women's writing like cosmo.

Though i will say, the unfair slanting... is... slanted in a different, more logical, yet manipulative way.

And magazines like Cosmo are good for reading in between the lines.. And, it offers an interesting insight into the complex, yet simple workings of the female brain.

Funny convo's.. It kind of is like reading their secret.. play book..

Hahahaha, and that is why I think the majority of PUA stuff is bollocks. At least on this forum we have relatively normal people posting here without looking to make money.

Hi all, speaking as a member of the fairer sex, I can say that Cosmo, like most mags aimed at women, is regurgitating the same old crap time and time again to make women think there are simple answers to how to get and please a man in bed, and out of it. Most women with a brain read the mags for entertainment value and fashion articles, not because they actually think that they'll discover the secrets to lasting relationships and what men really want. We all know that there are some general assumptions that are based on people's vast experiences, so they can usually be correct in a broad speaking sense, but that ultimately each girl is different, and that it can take all sorts of things to get a girl to orgasm, and trust me, it's not as easy as just a bit of friction on the obvious bits, as most of you will know. Truly stimulate her mind, and the rest will be easy peasy.

As for what men find sexy...in my experience it can be anything from wearing lipstick and high heels, to others who prefer a girl with no make up on and looking sleepy in her pjs...but of course, you all know this stuff I'm sure

I dont think the OP was trying to tell us that it is a source of valuable information on what women are constantly thinking about but more as an inspiration. A way to come up with conversational topics that will be interesting for girls. Which in itself can be valuable info.

So we dont need to read the entire series of cosmo for the start and onwards, just a bit now and then in order to get new ideas. And some insight into what entertains women.
