Any ideas on how to game the women you work with? I work at a restaurant as a bartender and I work with many attractive, younger waitresses. We flirt quite a bit, and several of them are always giving me IOI's.

2, that I can think of who currently work with me, consistently make jokes about us fucking or being in love or some typical other flirtatious comment. One of these girls is HB10 the other an HB8. I am a good looking dude (not bragging, just giving some context) and the women there are not afraid of communicating this to me.

I have had sex with 3 of the girls I work with, but these two, mentioned above, I have not. The 3 that I have had sex with, were my age (im 24) or at least 21 and it was easy because we were out at the bars drinking together and one thing led to another, etc.

these younger girls (HB10 just turned 20, the other is 19) cant come out to the bars, being that the drinking age is 21.

So I guess my major concern is A). how do I game women within the setting/context of work, especially younger ones who cannot partake in bar hopping, and B). how do YOU, personally, go about running game on women you work with.

Sorry for the long post and for coming off a bit arrogant, but I truly am stuck on this area of my game.

I feel like when at work, you can't just use openers or mid game routines like you would in a bar/club/party. Any advice is appreciated, and feel free to offer up personal experiences with gaming at work.

Lose the routines, and use a more natural approach.

IMO if you are going to successfully game women you work with, you are going to want to have higher value then them in the workplace. Example: A guy who packs shelves at a supermarket is (almost) never going to fuck his manager (unless his has mad game).... But the manager could quite easily nail one of his shelf-packers.

One of my friends is in this position and I swear to god he gets laid like a rockstar at work.

If you are going to try and run game on someone who is explicitly higher in value then you in the workplace, you are going to want to get your skillz really polished before you go in - the paradox however is this: by the time you get to it you may have already damaged you value.

If you think that they have already formed strong opinions of you, you may have already lost. Be subjective, and if you think your on the losing side of the game, avoid one-itis and move on. Or else change jobs.
