To whom this may concern:
I am an AFC by definition. There is a small twist though. I don't want to sound like a fuckin homo, but I'm a really good lookin kid. Generally I don't get women because I'm a gutless pussy, have no game, I'm nice, and any girl I have talked to says that I am very intimidating at first sight.

Now that you know my little back story, here it goes.

This HB9 just moved in next door to me. I have seen her outside of her house a few times, maybe when I am taking out the trash or doing something in front of my house. By the way she looks at me and by her body language, I can tell that she wants me to initiate something, but I have no idea where to start.

She is a freshmen in college, which means that if I am not quick, she could be fucking some other dude any day now...

So the main reason I made this post is for this question: Can someone out there help me create a personalized opener so I can walk up to her house, knock on her door, run the opener, and get results? If so, this is all the information I can give you that may help you help me.

She mentioned to my dad that she has a little brother that wants guitar lessons. I am a great guitarist so doing this wouldn't be a problem. Her grandma told me that she thinks of herself as a thing of beauty. She goes to a super expensive community college, lives with her grandparents, and has very big tattoo that her grandparents got extremely pissed at her for having.

Nonverbal IOI's are still IOI's, buddy. Next time you see her, a simple "Hi" and introducing yourself is a nice, easy start. Or if you want to go direct, next time you see her, say something like:

"You intrigue me."

{What do you mean?}

"I don't know, there's just something about you that I find very interesting. It just makes me what to get to know you. Especially the way you XXXXXXXXX [a quality about her not related to looks]... I'd like to get to know you. Tell me aobut yourself..." (Run a few of Mystery's qualification lines. "What do you have going for you other than your looks?")
