I'm a senior in high school and i'm fat. Simple as that. I'm 5'8" and weigh 195. I've had this idea in my head that as soon as i drop the weight i'll pull like a pro. But recently I've realized that i have deeper issues in my game, i'm somewhat quiet and shy. But i blame it all on my weight. Although i'm sure it's not only my weight because people like David X, Seth Rogen, and Jack Black seem to be doing just fine with women. However it's undeniable that the vast majority of good pua's are some variety of fit.

What I'm getting at. Do the more experienced puas think that if you don't think it's a problem, then nobody else will? Honestly? I'm just having troubles concurring this limiting belief.

I've also been thinking. If i can't motivate myself to lose weight, maybe I also can't motivate myself to truly improve with women. That both issues are inevitably intertwined.

Only you have control of your limiting beliefs. If you simply can not get rid or them and blame them just on your body weight then start working out. Change your routine and habit. A lot of people think change is a bad thing but if you limit yourself so much due to your weight change it and reward yourself for the steps your making. If your shy I suggest starting to talk to people around you more often. The more social you are, the more you break out of your shy zone.

Dude, if you think your weight is going to stop you pulling 10's then it will, simple as that.

If you view yourself as a big huggable teddy bear that pulls 10's then you willl, simple as that.

Just because you never did it doesn't means it's impossible.
If others can do it, you have a good shot aswell.
