Recently at a party I was gaming a gorgeous HB10, she comes pre-selected, EVERYONE wants her.. I think i did TOO good of a job disarming the obstacles, because Obstacle no.1 said to me quietly behind her back:

OB1: Do you want me to hook you two up?

I think i said something neutral like "I'm not worried about it, just hanging out or something"

But thats happened to me before, and will happen again, and I don't know what to say in that situation to the obstacle, so she doesn't go messing things up.

I would argue a little bit with you here.

I think that if you said Yes it would take great courage, and she would respect that. A man who knows what he wants and isn't afraid to show it is very attractive. In fact. I would argue that by playing it off like you don't like her when you really do, is coward like behavor and she would instantly be turned off if she saw you do it. Because she already knows you want her. It is no secret. She's beautiful so be a man and say yes. It's not like you are telling her directly, you where asked a question. Be honest. Always be honest when asked a question. Being direct is so much easier when asked a question.

I think I agree with you both..

I was doing some paperwork, and i thought up with these that kind of encompass the straight shooter, but also kind of comedic, in case any obstacle should ask you this in the field.

You don't have to talk like that when you are talking to someone else. You only have to crack those crazy lines when you are trying to keep a girls attention.

Then he will probably go A.) introduce you, or b.) tell you that she is already taken. Either way you are better off.

It would be kind of funny, because if he was trying to embarrass you then you had the balls to say how you felt, then she would be totally impressed with your courage.
