Hey man everybody here hit the nail on the head obviously but I figured I'd throw in my two cents.

You gotta just got for it and have the attitude that it sounds like your taking. Like who cares what this girl thinks? Your taking her out?! Your wasting your time you should expect that shit will escalate or you just aren't interested. That is the core of abundance with women. Like after I dated a girl like this who took forever to open up sexually I just don't waste my time.

To be honest it might be too late, by waiting so long you've shown her that your not a very decisive alpha male, infact you've shown her you're scared of her.

What you need to do if you still get another chance is to take her somewhere you are both completely alone, somewhere romantic if possible. I usually drive a girl out to a nice night view spot with a few cans of beer, just to chill... then after 30 minutes of chatting about the meaning of life, her dreams, what ever deep shit you can bring up and building a lot of comfort you tell her shes so stupid, when she asks why you tell her in a fed up voice because youve been waiting all fucking night for her to kiss you and she still hasnt worked that out yet. or something along those lines, after youve said that you can kiss her like youve given up waiting.

I would never ever EVER just suddenly kiss a girl, except in clubs when theres that long eye contact. Always make it so that its her kissing you, shes the one chasing you, shes the one lucky to be with you. Ive used this dozens of times and it really almost never fails.
