I went in to the place and got a hair cut was talking with Erica while talking about sales techniques while in there I notice the target sweeping and taking interest in me (buying signs) continued to fluff Erica through the process of the hair cut. Erica noted that that is seemed like I knew what I was doing with women having told her about a few of the dates I had been on. I told her that I train others how to date (huge mistake ego and pride pump both of those accumulate fear and build an explication of performance that adds to pressure in this case it caused desperation to prove myself that soured the hit) Finished hair cut paid and approached the target

Meet:
PUA: You have been giving me a lot of buying signs come over here and get to know me
Target: What????
PUA: you know a buying sign of sing of positive interest <= NOTING THE PUA TACTICS UP FRONT TO THE TARGET THIS IS DEATH I DON’T KNOW WHY I KEEP DOING THIS; THIS IS THE 3ED HIT IN 90 DAYS I HAVE DONE IT ONE AND EVERY TIME IT TURNS COLD. I CANT USE THE FRONT DOOR I HAVE TO DO A FLANK SHOT OT BUILD INTEREST.

Tried to use a few set openers and light jokes but it was going NOWHERE.
Remember if they like you they help you, I wasn’t getting helped.
I should have rolled off what the f*ck what thinking, was thinking???
PUA: well beauty is common I was to see if you have any brains to go with that
Target: Nope sure don’t they all leaked out of my head as a kid. DEAD-END!
PUA: Have you ever meet some on and felt totally comfortable.
Target: Nope never had. DEAD-END!
I had no idea what to say it was like being a fucking AFC all over again I actually felt nervous and afraid for the first time in a long time. WTF is going on?!?!

PUA: Well I never get rejected I only see if a woman has bad taste.
Target: Well sorry I’ve been such a disappointment
PUS: Yes you have been

Walked out embarrassed and confused thinking what the f*ck was that I never turn nasty when a set goes bad.

Notes:

I was exerting WAY 2 much effort and putting way to much emphasis to on the hit going my way I wanted to look like a big man and pull in front of all the other woman and show off my game.

Note turned nasty at the end of the hit, lost control of my emotions was TOO HEAVILY INVESTED IN THE OUT COME!!!! TURNED TO FEAR OF EMBARRASSMENT AND LOST CONTROL

There was no purpose to the sets I had nowhere to go I was intimidated by her beauty and landed flat footed.

I lost my place of equanimity and moved in to the set from a place of desperation

Remember you can’t force the targets to like you have to draw them in by convincing them you’re the best game in town. I didn’t even have that mind state going into the hit.

I wasn’t in the right made state from the start; mind state I need to maintain before during and after is:

• Fun
• Screening
• Confident
• Self-Control
• Challenge

Sigh….today’s failures WILL lead to tomorrows success!

Props for trying in every situation.
However sometimes cocky funny comes off as arrogant and actually intimidates and scares the girl especially if she’s alone or at work where she’s not expecting an approach. It seems this was rushed and she needed a lot more comfort. The biggest thought in a girls mind when she meets a guy is her safety and whether she can trust you, not if she’s attracted to you. Remember just because a girl is attracted to you it isn’t a golden ticket for everything you want. If you want to recover go back in two weeks and act truly unaffected by the rejection. You could even ask for her to cut your hair. Tell her she can’t blame you for trying because she’s too cute. This time just be charming and disarming.

Talked to a few wings. Did my affirmations. Put on a fresh suit. And I'm going out sarging agian tonight. I feel like a new man ready to go!

I'm a PUA and I emphasize the word ARTIST so there are going to be failures as well as success along the way. But a true artist forges his skills on the anvil of experience.

Lesson for me any one else that reads this post:
Set aside my ego don't focus on the immediate results; keep there eyes trained on the goal of mastery.
don't over think the out comes good or bad. Don't attach to much value to the result just enjoy the journey.

I personally think that a lot of pick up is tailored towards bars and nightlife, and that pick us needs to be altered for different situations.

I agree with JustMeSLC, to be charming and disarming in this situation.

Ha, better luck next time. Girl was pretty sharp, sounded like a challenge. Should have thrown out something from left field. Like looking her intently in the eye and "Hey. Girl. I have a big penis." Probably would have got you nowhere, but would've been an awesome story.
