Ok, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that the vast majority of women old enough to go to clubs/bars understand that a boner is an involuntary reaction. Ok, Spyke has the best point here. Yes you are feeling a new body, yes the dance is Sexual to say the least, and yes the friction going on between clothing will cause an erection.

The only way that I have ever dealt with that (and specifically for the 1 in 20 chance that the girl has a problem with it) is to slowly back away-turn her around- and dance face to face for a little. Maybe develop some sexual tension in her, get a kiss close, and badda bind badda boom your set.
