i think that texting the same day will come up as needy or as "he has been thinking about me for the whole time"

i usually wait a day so she thinks that i was busy with other shit and not only thinking about her..

Call her 2-3 days after you get the number and if you get voicemail then leave a message with your intended message.

Dont ask is she wants to meet up just ask when she wants to meet up then make your suggestion.

it depends on the girl. some girls text alot, there for texting is great. i personally text alot but iv noticed it can be extremely boring for some girls if you just text and they lose interest. i suggest texting the next day or day after, seeing if she texts back and how much she says in a text. then wait like a day or 2 and just make a phone call. its more comforting to talk on the phone you can express more which makes it over all better, as well as make plans that she cant back down on

my buddy told me that if its better to text on the same day because this way you will show interest, otherwise, she will think that "you arent really interested anyways so what the point".. but yeah it depends on the girl mainly.

Like everyones said depending on the girl. But if you keep it a few days there's a good chance she's forgotten you. Dont forget your not the first person to approach her and or get her number. Depends on the girl.

I've made the two days mistake, I have a lot more success waiting just one day now.

I agree on the one day text/call but the best thing is not to try and setup a date in the first contact, just to make sure shes still reseptive, and you can increase/keep the attraction alittle first, then then next text/call in a day or two to setup a date. As has been said mostly depends on the girl. Need to calibrate alot!
