i myself love grinding. I find it very sensual for both the guy and the girl but you have to know how to grind. There is more to it than just standing behind her. If you know how to move your hips and arms it helps alot. If im behind her ill caress her body and take her hand and put it behind my head or my leg. this has always been an easy one. while your dancing behiend her, (being naughty or not) run your hands down her sides to her hips and grab ahold of her hands. then, raise them up and put them on the back of your head, as if shes reaching back to hold you, this opens body posture and sets a sensual mood, then softly say in her ear "hey" and she will look over, lean in close 90-10 method. and at the last minuet she will be semi indesisive (as most women are) so swueeze her hands a bit and it will be like some "other force" is telling her to go for it. they allways take the bait.

It's all non-verbal man. Just get closer and closer as you dance with her, maybe lean in for a kiss but then just brush past her face and kiss her cheek or ear. If she responds in any way that isn't negative, you're good to go for the kiss.

tips for shorter men on kiss? you dont want to pull her head down.

I guess you're gonna have to pull her head down, if she is taller. But offcourse you're gonna have to first make her want to move according to your directions.

Grinding/ dancing with the girl how ever.. you can twirl her around, just dont let her lead you around.. your the boss. And then before u go in for the kiss look in her eyes then at her lips, she will prolly do the same.. and then yeah go for it.
