The never ending story...

No!

Mystery has exposed pickup but who the hell cares? Yes, you risk getting exposed if you stick at the level where you mindlessly repeat some ridiculus pickuplines. Or routines for that matter.

If you are afraid of that either create your own routines or develop yourself.

I agree Ezo, if anything in my opinion, Mystery has helped alot of guys, develop skills in the mind to avoid being dictated by women and ways to get around them and get your own way. If you copy him or anyone else, your bound to get exposed sooner or later.

People should take note of him and other MPUA's, and develop their own skill sets, just use them as a base to build upon.

Men have been picking up women for thousands of years. And these techniques are not new or invented. Mystery just discovered what men that are succsessful do. Just stop using the who lies more opener. jeez

Every now and then someone wakes up and bashes Mystery Method ! I now feel sorry for the guy   He is just trying to get laid and has come up with a way of doing it that fits his style, take it or leave it.

There are numerous ways of going about PU. Men have been doing it for years without even trying. Just find your own style and let the poor guy be.

I give his credit for the LMR concept that he came up with. Nailed it in the head !!

Creds to Mystery!

I dont know why so many people hate him! He was doing the best he could with what he had to work with. At the time there were "no" PUAs. He was more or less alone. (Yes I know there were people who were doing this as well but he put it all together in a method.)

He went there and he tried a lot of stuff! He failed bigtime and he won in the end. Nowadays we can say that the Mystery Method is outdated. That our own methods are the best and that we have passed the MM stage... But can we really say that? The Mystery method is not outdated, it still works. Mystery never intended for anyone to copy his lines and routines. He never meant for anyone to copy him exactly. He meant for people to use what he had learned and take the next step, to do what works for us.

And that is exactly what we have done.

I am sure most of us here have a lot of knowledge of the MM. Even if we are reluctant to admit it Mystery has helped us on our way. Most of us started out using the MM. We started from things that he had already developed, we did not have to go through all the things that he did in order to get where we are. Mystery has done a lot for us, never forget that.

I like that guy, he opened my eyes.

Then I did my thing... :)

I think a lot of people dont like mystery cause its always cool to bash the guy at the top. I mean thats why so many people hate the yankees right?

Its also easy to talk bad about the usual routines and gimmicks from 6 or 8 years ago because nowe they sound so outdated and fake because everyones been slandering the hell out of them for that long.

The routines and gimmicks are now old and past it but fundamentally speaking Mystery Method still courses through the veins of 90% of the new PUAs material. If you strip Mystery Method to it's core values, it's hard to argue against.

Mystery may have become out-dated himself but his Method (the method has always existed but you get my point) hasn't. It's just that his lines are now the ones every AFC now use. The rules are the same, but we're playing on a different pitch with a few more strategic ideas.

Mystery gave so many people the opportunity to learn how to chat and communicate with women. Directly or indirectly 99% of PUAs can relate their introduction to the game through influence from Mystery. "The Game" by Neil Strauss being a shining example. Never bite the hand that feeds you :)

Women have got wise to old lines and routines... well jeezzz wasn't that the point of the PUA community in the first place? It's just that WE'VE created them and have to keep pace with ourselves :)

The game is nothing more then a language. You have to learn how to use it on your own. If you repeat nothing but what you hear "you are doomed". It is a guide, you make your own rules. I idolize mystery for getting in so deep that he never will find true love. His love is the game. He sacrificed himself for us. No girl is interesting when you are him. It can be argued that styles ruined it or any other pua that wrote a book... seriously.

Mystery exposed girls to the fakes. people bent on getting laid. People after true love are the real benefactors here. learn some morals and you will she he has helped you.

End of the day, if it wasn't for Mystery, many guys would still be in the same dilemma and not know how to even approach women, let alone secuce one. The gu's a genius and has done many people a huge favour.

The game has evolved past Mystery in my opinion. Sure a lot of people start with him like I did, but his method never suited me personally. I moved on to the natural/direct methods quickly, which have been great for me.

My opinion is that from what I can gather of the Mystery Method, it doesn't fully do anything for me from what I've seen but thats a personal preference. What I will point out if it helps people then fair enough.

I think it is worth pointing out that even if PUA is slightly exposed I still don't think most people really know what it is. And if they do you don't need to shout out that you're learning it. Still if you mention it to a girl you never know, she may have a laugh seeing if you can live up to it. I'm sure I've heard of PUA's who have done that and the girl still falls for it.
