Hey guys. It may sound weird, but I've never f-closed a chick in my place. Not that I f-closed many chicks, but never at my house.

Why? Because I'm afraid that chicks won't have sex with me if they see my place...

Does the quality of you place directly affect your game when you're close to f-closing?

I mean my apartment kinda sucks, it's not that tidy, it's messy but there is perfect order in my view. A lot of stuff that isn't in it's place etc etc etc.

But I've heard stories of guys who got laid at shitty places. Your opinion on this? Does the chick care how tidy your house is when you get her home?

It probably depends on the individual girls personality but I am willing to say that most women will definitely feel more comfortable in a nicely kept apartment. However, if you are at that stage were you are bringing home a girly who is already set to screw then you should be home free. She may not be impressed in the morning but unless she is a keeper that is besides the point.

If you are still trying to seduce her then don't do it at a messy place, DLV in my opinion. This could just be my style but I like to keep my place and myself immaculately polished. I get compliments all the time about how clean, comfortable and inviting my place is. I live at the crossroads of a few bars and the local university so when some of my female friends are coming back from the bars wasted and don't feel like going all the way back to their dorms they will stay the night at my place and they all know the most comfortable bed in the house is mine.

As long as your place does not look like a tornado went thru it and wreck the place, most girls won't mind if you are bringing them over for one night stands. Now if you are in a relationship with a girl then she is going to care more how your place looks like, especially when it comes to cleanliness.

Having a money apartment is absolutely crucial. Sure you can get laid in a messy apartment but why lower your chances over a few hours of tidying. I always make sure my place is immaculate if there is any chance I might be bringing a girl back. One thing to remember is that girls look for the WHOLE PACKAGE. So small things won't make much difference on their own, maybe the sink is a little dirty, you have some clothes out, a cupboard door is open.... But imagine if it was clutter free, tidy, smelled good and had a couple of interesting items to show girls how cool you are. I recommend you have a total clean out and get rid of all your clutter. Be ruthless. Have a big clean (pay a cleaner if you're rich and/or lazy) and keep your flat that way. Have a big clean every weekend and tidy whenever you might bring a girl back. And wash those sheets regularly!

If you want to "try this out", then why do it half assed? Clean your shit up. Get a couple of things that show that you actually "care" for your guests. Keep a pillow or two on the sofa. Get yourself a cocktail shaker and keep some refreshments and snacks handy. Clean up your bathroom. Keep clean towels, extra toothbrushes, mouthwash.

You do this and when a girl walks into your apartment and she'll know she's going to get laid. . . she knows you've fucked plenty girls in there. It just drives them NUTS.

Keep your place clean.

Girls notice details like that so much more than we do. I can live like a slob and it won't bother me that much, but a lot of girls get all antsy sitting in a messy place. You want them to be comfortable and not distracted by your dirty underwear hanging off the lampshade.
