I never thought it would bother me but for some reason all i could think about on my date tonight was my ex girlfriend. I love pua and im using it to keep my head busy and better myself but i have read that its best to give yourself a bit of time away from women altogether after a break up. Has anyone had this problem.

What I did was, just not going on dates. I just wanted to 'fuck the pain away'. Sure they don't satisfy me emotionally but it gets your mind off things and it's a big boost for your ego. It could be good to not get emotionally involved too much for now, but who knows man you might just meet that girl that will make you forget all about your ex, she could be way better for you etc.

Your chance of meeting her will get smaller if you want to take time away from women altogether.

I'm not saying you should do what I did, but you should consider 'both options' carefully.

Thanks guys , and you know what. Today i was still pretty emotionally messed up. But i forced myself to go out and daygame. It was tough but what else is there to do, sit home and pine like a wuss? no thanks!

Comfortably closed some really hot women and started to realise that maybe my ex wasnt right for me.
I seriously feel sorry for any AFC who doesnt have the game or his life together.

The only problem lol. I closed and made a real good connection with a girl who looked exactly the same as my ex lol. The same hot body, the same perfect ass.
But a few years younger and seemingly more intelligent lol.

You are only screwed if you are on the side of scarcity. If you have abundance, you will always be in control with women. Im going to carry on gaming.

You must do what you feel like doing. If you dont feel good gaming then dont do it. Nothing good comes out of that. You have to have fun while gaming.

And dont worry about your skillset, it will still be there when you return. I thought I had lost my skillset after a longer break but it was just waiting for me to use it.

Yea , unfortunately its not as easy as i thought to battle through it. Its coming accross in my approach that its forced , systematic and im not having fun. Im doing direct daygame which is very dependent on mood.
Im going to keep pushing through and see what happens
