Is there a test I can take on Mystery Method

Is there a test I can take on Mystery Method (just the stuff that's discussed in his book). I ask because there in something very similar in the back of Undercover Sex Signals which is very useful. I'm sure these tests are quick and easy to produce, but I could't find one online.

Try it in the field, that's the only real feedback you can get. Afterwards evaluate what you did and where you can improve. A digital recorder would be useful for this.
