Hey Guys,

Posted once before. You can probably look it up. Essencially I was evisceratd by my ex. Over the holidays. Basically dumped hard and I ended up looking and acting like a little bitch.

Because of this site and some deep self awareness. I snapped out of it. I kinda looked at it as a wake up call and change the way I acted around a woman I liked or loved. I read this site through and through, and decided that I'm going to be the man I always wanted to be.

It's only two weeks later and I'm dating 3 women, much hotter and younger and more interesting than my ex. I don't even think about that bitch anymore.

My ex even called me asking me to fix her tv. It was even a shitty message, fuck her. She's a loser. She probably can't get a second date with ant guy cause they find out she's a whack job. What was I even thinking.

I have to say what helped turn it around was my physical appearance and the way I dressed. I hit the gym, cleaned up my diet. Got some new clothes. Hey I'm sure some of you guys don't have much cash to spend. But there are some great upscale thrift stores with some truely amazing shit like gucci and lauren type stuff.

No money for a gym. Get p90x it will shape you up fast. If not that run, push ups and pull ups plus sit ups.

Once you're doing that. Go through this forum and get your hands on any material you can. It will change your life.
