this is kind of a random post and probably is not in the right place but i will post anyway. sorry mods for this.

i just want to say that for all those who feel at "rock bottom" and come down on themselves for not being successful with women that i am that guy too but i have grown to the point where i can look back and say to myself WTF was i thinking. ive browesd these forum alot and one thing ive learned more than anything is that the only thing that will ever change is your mentality. nothing has changed in my life, the only thing that has is my mentality. people who are more confident than myself may have a lower paying job or a less attractive lifestyle than mine or even less attractive physically but confidence comes from knowing something positive that another dosnt. like for exsample lets say that you start working out at a gym for a while and you get into better shape. when you talk to someone that just got outta bed and youre all sweaty from the gym you think to yourself i feel good but if you got outta bed at the same time the person you are talking to and your both in the same state then you will not be more confident than the person you are talking to. i feel like confidence comes from knowing youre living life more fully than another person.

i know this is kinda like word diaria but i also learned not to care about outcomes but i do hope this will make sense to every1 or atleast can give every1 somthing to give feedback on and learn from it
