literally a test....

I'm doing this course of selling in a company, now we had two exams in which we needed to be in front of a "client" (a tester) and sell to him...

anyway making a long story short, when I'm being tested I'm closing into myself, i become anti-social, I don't have any expression on my face and I'm too freaking serious... tomorrow I'm doing an exam that if I wont pass I'll lose the job, and the thing is that the tester said (by the exams) that I should really work on that coz I'm a shy guy and have stage fright...

well I'm not a shy guy ... ITS NOT STAGE FRIGHT!!! I am a freaking performer, and a PUA... and I used to be a sales man for quite a while ....I wanted to shout it in his face but that would have been ridiculous...

I need help... how do I overcome this anxiety... and "run game" during my exams



(even replies like... "you can do it" will help me now, i need strokes on my ego...

and I sort of know the answer... just do it and relax.. but any little thing will help me)

What I always find helpful is self visualisation. Think in your mind how you will be walking in to the test room and everything you will be doing. Positive thinking about every action you do and how confident you will be. You KNOW you have the ability as your a PUA and able to approach strangers so see this as a new and exciting approach.

Think of the things you would do on your first approach such as smiling , vocal projection and eye contact. Force yourself to step the fuck up and be the person you know you are. You can even visualise the test guy who said you were shy as an AMOG going for your girl. It sounds stupid thinking that way but def try it!

Stop thinking about the end result. Basically, your being a nervous beta-male because on some level your worried you wont get the job or your not good enough for it.
Solution: STOP WORRYING ABOUT THE RESULT!

Just do it for the sake of doing it, if there is no pressure for it it will be easy!

It's weird.

I'm normally the centre of attention in social things and often I have many people in the room listening to me, but when I had to do a presentation I was nervous. I still got very good marks in it though but I had no idea why I was nervous.
