Well I can't think of a way to apply this in the initial interaction with the target but I think this can work or possibly have a stronger effect after some makeout or fclosing action

pua: just curious why do you like me?

HB: because blah blah blah

pua: but I (insert weak disqualifications for yourself)

HB: thats BS I really like you (something to that extent)

second thought maybe this line can work mid-late game but you just have to change the first line to "just curious why do you like me when you could to talking to ________?

Actually, I like Bloodmuffin's idea. Besides, you need to show vulnerability at some point to play "solid game."
