| i would combine 2 and 3 buddy. go out with her and spend a day with her, but take her and go meet other girls with her. talk to other girls, get there phone numbers, hang out with them anything will do really, just interact with others. at the end of the day, or possible the next day, with this friend of yours i can see 2 things that could very well happen
1-she notices you with other girls, thinks about you more, and starts to feel attracted. therefor you naturally get more IOIs and take things from there once you get that she likes YOU as more then a friend. in this case you are waiting for her
2-depending on what she is thinking of you, and her personality, you could be straight forward with her a little more, slightly tricky, but can be more effective cause it shows you have some real feelings which she may like, i dont know her so i cant say if this would be the best way, thats for you to decide. but you could say at the end of the night, or the next day "you know i meet girls alot and so many of them seem to be the same. they talk to me about boring things, they arnt that special but i truly feel that you are someone i can connect with better then many of those other girls. i just thought you should know that" and have a nice smile at the end. anything along those lines will work just fine, imply that you like spending more time with her, and after not giving HER IOIs all day, you give her a big one at the end. keeps her thinking of you. iv done this, and it has worked wonders. girls like guys who arnt always dicks, sometimes just putting it all on the table can work in the right time and place. thats for you to decide
