Well, I've been opening up much more, my fear of approaching random women is whithering away. I find though, I still can't maintain interest and end up coming off as a AFC. I'm curious if there's any beginner excercises in club or any social environment for that matter that can better my game? Thanks in advance!

you cant maintain interest you say, do you mean their interest in you or your interest in your target?
