I know I fucking hate being flaked on, so don't think I'd ever do it to a girl purposely.

Invite her along to do something you're already going to do ? That way if she says no, who cares ? You're already doing something.

Agreed. If you actually DO have plans, when she flakes it's not so bad.

I don't really flake girls either...I just make sure I have a 'Plan B' just in case the girl flakes me. And if she calls later to undo the 'flake' I tell her I already made other plans.

Gets them everytime and it makes it look like you have a life that doesn't revolve around them.

JDUB has it right, ALWAYS have a backup plan, or at least one to tell her if she asks. It will show that you are in demand/have lots of social stuff to do, and if she truly is NOT flaking, she will feel bad/want you more.
