Posts: 4 | | Would any of you recommend an 18 year old guy having sex with a 17 year old girl?
Technically it is illegal in California, but should I go for it anyway? If for some reason we get into a fight later down the line could she tell her parents that we had sex and they could press charges? any advice on the subject?

Location: west chester | | i would double check you state laws. I'm from NJ so I don't know how it is in CA but there is a law about the age of consent. I think the girl can be like 2 or 3 years younger than you and it's still ok if she gives consent. Like if you're 19 you could go down to 17.
