OK this is a bit long, not quite sure of the layout of these and if I need to put things in sections, so I will just babble it out and take constructive critisism 9if that is how you spell it) afterwards :p

Evening begins on Saturday, am going out to a work do with some peeople I know, not my company but I was invited along, nothing to flash, few drinks beforehand, followed by a meal out.
All was going great, the older members of the group left after food and we all went off to a club.
I was supposed to be hooking up with some friends and a girl who I met last time I postd a report, was thinkning that I might be able to try some damage control after the stupid cock bloking incident (see previous post for details).
Anyway, I get in the club and they have all left, I have with the small group I started with, go out for a few smokes but am generally bored, around 2 am, I went out for another smoke, saw a guy talking with some HB7's, so I offered him a smok in return for a light.
At this point I had spotted a nice looking lady who was in this 3 set, said Hi, let her intruduce hersekf and then carried on talking to the guy, it was ovbious he knew then and I thought I should put him at ease with some conversation, and also to see if the target was his gf etc.
After like 5 mins of chatting to him, ignoring the target but talking to her other gilfriend, they decided they were gonna go home as the club was beat, the target asked me if I wanted to go with them, of course, i thought this was a good idea :p
We collected coats and made for the taxi rank, cabs were on a 1 hour wait and walking to thiers was 20 mins, so we walked in the snow, along the way I maintaned lots of Kino, always good to have a shoulder to lean on if your in heels on ice.
(don't worry, I am kinda going somwhere with this, I hope).
Got back to the house, poured a few drinks, at this point there were 5 of us, the two girls, the guy I had been chatting to with them, and another they knew also, I wasnt really trying anything too much, as I still wasnt aware of the situation, you dont wanna be upsetting people you have just met in their own hom kinda thing.

So, me and the target are sat on the couch next to each other, she is being quite playful and talkative, infact it was as if she had actually isolated me from the group, talked a bit about old clubs around the town, musical tastes etc and then she started asking about relationships etc, I was pretty coy about it all and let on as little as I could, at this point she said she wanted to get to know me better and did I want to know her any better? I took this as a major IOI and went in for a kiss, bingo straight in! (sounds good so far....)
We spent the rest of the night/ morning talking, kissing, dancing and generally having a good time, when it was time for me to leave she said goodbye, gave me her number and said to text her later.....this is where I think I have just gon and fell into an AFC moment, big time.

I text her on the walk home, she took till the next day to reply, was appologetic ebnough but is so SLOW at replying (should I be taking the time she takes to reply to my message and doubling it to reply to her?) have spoke to her a few times though text but she deffinetly seems less intrested than on our 1st encounter, I think I may be giving her the advantage too much, last bight she was off to watch a film, I said she should invite me, so she did, but I was already busy, so we arranged to meet today, which, aftermany (slow) text messages never did happen, she text me to appologise and "promised" that we would hook up after christmas, should I give her a chance to see me over that period or should I just drop the idea all together, as I think I am doing a fair bit of chasing, which I really shouldnt be, should be letting her come to me...

Whew, right, that went on for ages, thoughts on the back of a post card please

**Update** Well, she has text me a few times since, started to leave it at double time before I replied, so if she took half an hour to reply I would wait an hour etc, seems by doing that I knda rattled her as she started getting quicker and quicker with her replies
Has invited me out tomorrow evening, said I was meeting friends but would pop by beforehand to see her and if she was good she might be allowed to come with us, hopefully this will get things back on track and if the same situation as before occurs I WILL pull the trigger this time.

You messed up move on.... Don't text her until say New Years. Why didn't you go when she invited you for the movie or whatever. Anyways, close the deal the next time you guys are together, if ever. If you can't, then she'll think you probably cant read social clues and next you.

this can still be salvaged bro. first off, with doubling the amount of time before replying, that's a good first step. however, you have to vary it up a bit. she might pick up that you're just doubling the amount of time she takes to reply and that would give out your game. also, give her a time constraint. cut your text convos short by saying you have to do something, i'll text you later. that will make her think that you are busy which is consistent with your cancelling and shit. but be sure to text. and when you do, reply a little faster but not immediately because you texting her after cutting it earlier implies that you're no longer busy. but still, don't reply immediately. this is all for now, i gotta sleep. it's 7 am already. there's still hope that you can bang her.

btw, k-loc is correct in saying she's feeling guilty about thinking about fucking you which she definitely did. she's had time to think and you missed a great opportunity.

Thanks for the tips guys, hooked up again over the weekend, things were going much better but then the ex (hers, not mine) arrived to see her bro and it all went tits up, am thinkning at this point I am gonna have to use her as a pivot now instead, so not a complete waste of time, plus it is now also a couch for me to crash on at weekends if I happen to get stuck in town
