This chick goes to my school, I have no classes with her, and just decided to add her on myspace and messaged her writing 'hey you go to duarte high right?" just to try to get a convo up and asked her for her aim, I imed her about an hour later and the convo was shit, maybe said six things, thats it. Thing is this girl is a 10 imo and i want to get her interested

the thing about online game (at least with im's) is that it's very difficult to show any sort of body language, a half-hearted sarcastic remark, a smile (minus the use of smilies which can only go so far) - what you have to do is spark interesting conversation, a topic that she can really involve herself with instead of you doing all the talking - if you have her myspace, check it out, see what some of her interests are and discuss - one advantage of the internet is that you can come across common interests without worrying about making her reveal too much

for example, let's say she's into r&b;

"i'm a fan of r&b, i can really relate blah blah"

OR on the side of a lighthearted neg that, for the most part, won't be seen as an insult

"you know what they say about people who listen to r&b blah blah"

there isn't much opportunity to really show personality, so try to be unique with your delivery - don't use leetspeak and shit like everyone else, type articulately, be witty, etc...

She's thinking "Ok you're some guy who goes to my school So what"
and you're just some Loser guy like the many others who are trying to hit on me. She could have easily said NO you your question then you would have felt like crap

You might not have access to girls profile it may be private. And adding ppl you don't know without messaging them at the same time time is Not Cool.

In a case like that you make statement like so:

Just remember during conversation keep it fun and interesting, stay away from the usuall interview questions ; where are you from? do you have siblings etc.

if she seems secretly insecure throw a neg at her, one thats had some suprising results for me is if the girl is wearing sandals poke fun at her feet but dont over do it.

but make sure she knows you arent going to chase her because your time is valuable, not hers.
